With 2 top athletes using the Sunbelt Teams to prepare for the Caribbean Games, the tournament took on a texture not normally seen. This was further enhanced when one of these players passed up a spot on her country's Olympic team in Sydney to play here (and there). Needless to say, a great time was had by all! (Well there was that pesky 2 & 1/2 hour electrical blackout.....)
