North Island, New Zealand
We only had two nights in Auckland but spent it wisely by touring the city, visiting the Maritime Museum, tooling around the harbor in sailboats (see below), and attending a traditional Maori Hangi dinner and performance. Auckland seemed a lot like a scaled-down Sydney - a business center, lots of busy people, and some interesting sights. |
