  ALL applicants must qualify as elderly (62 years of age or older) 
or be mobility impaired.
ALL applicants must pass background verification.

 Heights House operates under a Project Based 202 Section 8 contract.
        All individuals must qualify as very-low-income.
         Annual recertification required.
         Rent based on 30% of annual adjusted income.
