Now, here's another interesting city but much different than Rio De Janeiro. Surprisingly, Buenos Aires has no beaches like Rio - it's a river town. But, they've got the tango! For water, they go to the Tigre River Delta (which we toured) or go down the coast to Mar del Plata or take a hydrofoil to beautiful Montevideo beaches in Uruguay like Punta Del Este (which we toured).
