Outlook Email, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks

Use Outlook 2002 to send and receive mail messages, schedule appointments and meetings, maintain a list of contacts, keep track of tasks, and create reminder notes; Address, compose, and send a message; Attach a file to, insert graphics in and send a message with voting buttons; Open, print and delete a message. Reply and/or forward it to others; Add an appointment and an event to your calendar. Print your calendar; Schedule a meeting with multiple participants, reply to meeting requests, and track meeting responses; Add a contact to the contact folder and view the contact list in different ways; Add tasks to a to-do list and edit them; Sort and find messages; Create folders to organize your mail by category; Create a note and move it to your desktop, assign a category to a note, and assign a note to a contact.

Prerequisites: Experienced in Windows and use of files. Experience with other Microsoft programs helpful. Class minimum 2.
