Home page: MSIE.4 normally comes with this Address set to automatically take you to Microsoft's home page whenever you open your browser. You can set this to take you to any page you want, or to no page at all [Blank]. The example shows the browser set to go to the HAL-PC home page. If you are viewing a web page in MSIE.4 and decide you want to make it your home page just click the Use Current button.

Temporary Internet files: MSIE.4 uses your hard-drive to cache web pages you visit so that they load faster when you re-visit them. The Delete Files button clears these files from your computer. The Settings... button allows you to configure how MSIE.4 handles these cached files, and how much hard-drive space they are allowed to utilize.

History: MSIE.4 can keep a history of the addresses (URLs) of web pages you have visited. This history will be kept until is exceeds to number of days you specify here. If you do not want any history kept specify 0 (zero) days. Pressing the Clear History button immediately clears your whole history file.
