I was connected just earlier today, but now I can't connect!!!

I can't get my Emails now, but earlier it was OK!!!

I was browsing the web, but now it won't go anywhere!!!

If these are similar to your problems, then one solution may be to simply REBOOT your computer.

Most of the new computers made today are using software controlled modems and soundcards. Whenever there is a memory glitch these devices may stop working. Rebooting the computer will reload the device drivers and in some cases "fix" the problem … until a memory glitch happens again.

To reboot properly, one should go to START, SHUT DOWN, "SHUTDOWN THE COMPUTER", wait about 10 seconds then turn the computer back on. "Bob the modem guy"
