Berry graduated from high school with honors at Anton, Texas. Worked two years as bank teller, then truck driver. Enrolled in Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX in 1960, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Advertising in 1964. Moved to Houston, TX , married Joy Reinhart, and worked for The Houston Post newspaper. Served active duty in Navy in 1966-68 in a highly classified electronic intellegence branch, and returned to the Houston Post newspaper upon discharge on Oct. 31, 1968. Divorced, continued work at The Houston Post. Left Houston in 1974, returning to Texas Tech University to earn Master's Degree, then worked as Advertising Director of Longview (TX) Daily News and then the Daily Brazosport Facts newspaper. Later worked in petroleum exploration field, and then as Manager of Printing for Arlington (TX) Independent School District. In 1994 became Printing Manager for the City of Houston (TX) and retired in December 2002. Returned to work as independent contractor in 2006 as land deed researcher and abstractor in petroleum pipeline industry to help with college expenses for two granddaughters.
Ernest married (1) Jacquelin CAMPBELL [image] daughter of Jack CAMPBELL and Lillian Marie FORTENBERRY on 21 Dec 1977 in Longview, TX. Jacquelin was born on 3 Dec 1940 in Limestone County, TX. Jacquelin was employed as Legal Secretary.
Jacquelin was born in Groesbeck, Texas and grew up in Houston, Texas. She attended the University of Houston. She began working as a legal secretary in 1979 in Longview, Texas and later worked for one of the more successful personal injury firms in Houston and then as a legal assistant in the Houston Police Patrolmen's Union. She had 3 children when she and Berry were married. Stephanie Rae Parker b.6/18/1960, Harold Keith Parker .3/6/1963 and Sandra Denette Parker b. 3/30/1967. Nelva Spradley graduated with honors at Anton, TX high school and attended Texas Tech University where she earned her degrees. She is a career educator and was a teacher in Lubbock, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida, and Assistant Principal and then Principal of Bryant Elementary School in the Arlington, TX school district. Nelva studied music from her early years to her college years, and had an opportunity to train as a professional concert pianist, but chose to become a teacher. She retired from the Arlington School District in 2003, and has returned to work as a consultant.

Doyle was raised in Midland, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University and earned a degree in Business Administration at Tech. He has made a successful career in marketing and now is an independent realtor in Arlington, Texas and the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Dean is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
