Start in Chudan No Kamae
    1. Shomenuchi
    2. Step and Munetski
    3. Turn 180° and Shomenuchi
    4. Slide and Munetski
    5. Turn 90° Left and Shomenuchi
    6. Slide and Munetski
    7. Turn 180° & Shomenuchi
    8. Slide & Munetski
    9. Turn 45° Left & Shomenuchi
    10. Turn 180° & Shomenuchi
    11. Turn 90° Left & Shomenuchi
    12. Turn 180° & Shomenuchi
    13. Bring Bokken along left chest, spin out, turning on Right (Bokken holding) foot a total of 360° plus the amount necessary to return you facing front. Shomenuchi and Slide back.
