Entry Fee - Free of charge for U. S. senior players (from 40 and over)

Registration Fee - a $50.00 Registration Fee must accompany this entry form. It will only be refunded fully to you, when you personally register to play on January 25, 2001 at the venue.

Please make check payable to Y. C. Lee. If you cancel your entry on or before September 5, 2000 with a written request, the $50.00 will be fully refunded, no refund is given after 9/5/2000.

Tournament Information - Over 500 Japanese seniors committed.

Recreational. Use both the 40 mm and 44 mm balls, orange color, Nittaku or TSP.

Singles and doubles for each age group(40, 50, 60, 70 & 80), age on March 31, 2001.

Men and women events - each player can apply for two events only of one singles and one doubles of the same sized ball events. The younger age has priority in case of doubles with different age players. (no mixed doubles)

First stage of all Singles events starts on January 25, 2001. First stage of all Doubles and second stage Singles of all events start on January 26, 2001.

All players in Tournament Aloha Hawaii shirts (Shirt will be provided by the Tournament Organizing Committee free of charge).

 Limit 100 U.S. players with citizenship or permanent residence, first come first serve.
