NEWS! Sue has become Assistant Director and Curator of the Galveston Museum! Over the last several years, Sue has catalouged and updated the GCHM artifacts inventory. Now she is putting together exhibits for the museum.

While dedicating herself to her job at Fox Sports Net, she incorporated her creativity into her TV job. Sue makes a NASCAR cake

Sue was a certified crafter for Garden Ridge Pottery. One Easter, she created this Easter Bunny Tree complete with carrot lights. -

Part of her job was to give demonstrations on various crafts. These faux Faberge' Eggs are an example.

Marblizing ceramics is another.

Sue created a type of stained glass. Here you can see her working on one of the projects. Here is the finished work.

Follow Sue's work on a Native American Costume/Regalia. She also created a Viking costume for Halloween.

Recently, Sue has been creating original T-shirt designs.

She has been making outfits for Godzilla type dinosaurs for the various holidays since she worked at HMNS (The Houston Museum of Natural Science), her 'zillas are a huge success. She staged a wedding ceremony at Garden Ridge which was witnessed by dozens of people.

Things got a little out of hand when she made a 'zilla costume for herself! But the folks at the museum seemed to love it!(In tribute, original Godzilla artwork by Julie Ryan)
Prior to going to work for Garden Ridge Pottery, as a last hurrah, she coaxed the butterflies to attack their curator. The 4th of July, 1997 saw Sue in a Statue of Liberty costume she designed.For a parade she created a shopping cart "float" to highlite the craft department.
Then, in 1999 and 2000 she participated in the Bellaire City Parade reprising her role. It was a big success. We celebrated with some of her famous cookies!
Sue can do model building or an Easter catfish or maybe a gingerbread house or how 'bout a quilt maybe a cake? Or two Then there are the retail store window designs Sue spent two years sewing this SAMPLER(click on image for larger view 50k or here for maximum detail 200k) and of course the stuffed cats!
