I dabble in the field of eggdrops from time to time. Listed here are a few resources I use to get my eggdrop software and scripts.

Starglider Class EnergyMech Bot

Known as Emechs or mechs on irc, these breeding monsters have great capabilities for War. I can contest to that fact. I tested these before and found their spawning multiple bots from the same process to be nifty. Also when the spawn they are immediately linked with the other bots from the same process. Executing a .cmnd join .cmnd part .cmnd join .cmnd cycle with 50 or 60 bots and the channel is locked in flood hell till you can ban them all. Another nifty thing is they dont use scripts. This keeps them speedy, but locks them into only the functions they were compiled for.

These monsters can create desyncs pretty easily. Their only downfall is the fact that they cant remember chans you join them to. You have to set the chans you want them in permanantly in the config file. Hopefully someone will add another feature that allows them to function more like eggdrops in that field.

These bots I have never tested because I keep forgetting their existance every time I get a shell. One of these days I will try to test them and let ya know what I feel about them.
