This is my personal list of sites I find interesting, and a few are even innovative.

flipCode
Your source for daily game development news and resources. The site has many useful columns directly from game programmers covering everything from networking to graphics engines.

GameDev.net
Servicing all your game development needs, with dozens of features ranging from programming tutorials to job offers.

XaO's OpenGL Pages
Want to dabble in a little OpenGL code to round out your programming knowledge? The OpenGL pages offer tutorials, very good links, and an entire section on PHP.

Gene and Suzanne's Search Page
A growing list of new search engines.

Bob Crispen's VRMLWorks
A site complete with a VRML cafe, from Rev. Crispen himself.

The Programmer's Heaven
As the name implies, the ultimate programmer's heaven.

ProgrammingTutorials.com
Want to learn how to code?  These guys will help you out.

20 Questions.net
Robin Burgener's ongoing experiment in the field of AI featuring an amazingly simple, database-powered neural net.  You think of an object, it asks you questions, guesses the right answer, and even "learns."

The IP World Map Project
Help create a virtual map of the Internet simply by logging your visit to Adrian's site.  You can also use the service to find out where your own visitors are coming from.

The Rainforest Site
This is one of the more interesting sites on the link list, because you can donate rainforest land completely free.  Apparently, sponsors of the site happily donate the money required for the action, so all you have to do is click on a button.  It's a worthy visit, as rainforests are disappearing every day, but remember to bookmark it because you can donate only once per day.

The Hunger Site
The virtual brother of The Rainforest Site, this site allows you to donate food for free.  Just as above, sponsors pay for your donation completely, but you can only donate once per day.
