Parking Changes

Beth Mendez, Property Manager, notified all tenants of 4543 Post Oak Place Drive that changes to parking are being implemented.

Members of HAL-PC who come to HAL-PC Headquarters from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. will be given a parking permit that will allow them to park for more than 2 hours in the 2-hour parking spaces in the basement while they are at HAL-PC. Pick the permit up at the Office. To help save time, please show your HAL-PC Membership Card. This permit must be displayed in the front inside of the vehicle so that it is easily seen. After 5:00 p.m. weeknights and also weekends, no towing or enforcement will happen. This means that parking permits are not required for members or SIG attendees at night or Saturday. The only spaces that are 24/7 are handicapped blue spots.

Towing of cars will begin shortly. If vehicles are parked in 2-hour parking spaces without permits, parked illegally, parked in a reserved space that is not theirs, and any other violation of the rules established, they will be towed.

Part of the notice from Beth follows, "On Behalf of the owners of this building, I express our deepest apologies for the continued parking challenges. We are working diligently to work within the confines of existing contracts and addressing the varying needs of all tenants. We are going to be rearranging some spaces down in the garage as well as begin enforcing parking rules."
